By accessing or using any services, wallets, software, promotions, TierLock 💰 classifications, digital promotional tokens 💎, affiliate systems, or related platform features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, use lawful payment methods, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our sole discretion.

All services are provided strictly for promotional engagement and entertainment purposes and are offered “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Redemption eligibility
• Promotional outcomes
• Earnings potential

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

All wallet balances, credits 💎, TierLock 💰 classifications, and digital values are:

• Internal platform utilities
• Non-transferable unless permitted
• Revocable at any time
• Not legal tender
• Not stored monetary value
• Not cryptocurrency
• Not securities
• Not insured deposits

They have no independent cash value and do not guarantee redemption or payout eligibility.

All redemptions and withdrawals are subject to:

• Fraud screening
• Identity verification
• Compliance review
• Payment processor approval
• Internal risk assessment

Processing Times: Estimates only. We may delay, batch, hold, or manually review transactions. Processing may take days or weeks depending on verification status, TierLock 💰 level, volume, and risk indicators.

Fees: We reserve the right to apply processing fees, administrative fees, reversal fees, chargeback recovery fees, and compliance costs. Fees may be deducted before or after payout approval.

All redemption decisions are final.

We may freeze accounts, restrict access, revoke TierLock 💰 status, hold wallet balances, or place rolling reserves if fraud indicators, chargeback risks, suspicious activity, multi-account behavior, or promotional abuse are detected. Restrictions may remain during investigation.

If a user initiates a chargeback:

• Account may be frozen immediately
• TierLock 💰 status may be permanently revoked
• Digital promotional tokens 💎 may be forfeited
• Redemption eligibility may be permanently removed

Users remain liable for reversal fees, processor penalties, and recovery costs.

Access may not be legal in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for determining legality in their location. We may restrict access or redemption in certain states or jurisdictions.

Before initiating arbitration or legal action, you must submit written notice and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Failure to do so waives the right to arbitration.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to jury trial, court litigation, class actions, and collective proceedings.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LUCKYCASHOUTS, V3 Digital, software partners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any fraudulent activity conducted through your account

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user within the previous 30 days. We are not liable for lost profits, promotional expectation losses, business interruption, system outages, processor delays, or redemption denials.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.

These Terms are governed by United States law and applicable state jurisdiction.
